Agratechniek has developed unique ABC software for every type of drying system. This software controls the equipment and manages the desired settings to achieve the desired drying result. The control system is specific to each installation.
By setting the equilibrium moisture content of the air, the product is automatically dried to the desired moisture level; additionally, you gain insight into the drying process, such as the drying status and measured moisture values.

The ability to use pre-set drying programs is very convenient; 33 menus with specific drying configurations can be saved and easily recalled.
This visualization and these capabilities are applied in all ABC programs for controlling various types of drying systems.
Optimal drying
The air adapts during the phases of the drying process. With the Agratechniek Drying Method, we distinguish 5 phases to achieve optimal drying and save energy.
SMS Check
The ABC processor can send an SMS to a mobile phone with a message when a measured item falls out of range or when something is not working as it should. The SMS contains detailed information about what is happening and in which section.
The SMS can be sent to 4 different numbers. This ensures everyone stays up to date, for example: Operator, Technical Service, Manager, Night Security, etc.
The order in which the different people receive the message can be programmed for each item. This can also be combined with a schedule.
